Crossing boundaries to where it started.
Stepping on the edges to smooth things out.
Waves crash in and out,
like your chest rising and falling under my head.
Escaping reality for a dream,
that i've been chasing after.
That's all it takes to be running in the circles again.
Drenched in the cloud of memories.
For you calling my name across the sea,
my heart beats like a hummingbird.
Maybe time has changed for us to want more.
Chained my heart with your charm.
Cannot unlock it with my fingers and toes.
The story we got ourselves into;
trapped but I'm happy.
I will never be ready to say goodbye,
